*Work Scope Description – Advisory role for an OBIEE project. Strong OBIEE
metadata modeling and OBIEE report/dashboard skills required. Resource
will provide technical leadership, best practices recommendations to an
implementation partner, collaborate with business and technical team in
putting together a plan for re-architecting/optimizing an OBIEE
application.*

*Scopes of the services include:*
- Review the reporting / analysis requirements, existing data
architecture and your existing OBIEE implementation;
- Perform an assessment on the configuration design for the reports
migrated to OBIEE and review the reporting requirements that are planned to
be for migration to OBIEE;
- Provide recommendations based on Oracle standard practices to meet
your client reporting and analysis requirements using OBIEE.
- Document the assessment and the recommendations in the *OBIEE Review
and Recommendations document*;
- Provide your team with OBIEE related technical expertise and standard
practices expertise for:
1. Participate in meetings with the client business owners
2. Provide feedback on design decisions
3. Review technical configurations for conformity to standard
practices
4. Presenting clarifications and recommendations to your client
- Provide a monthly *Technical Status summary report* for the project
stake holders that captures key tasks completed by the oracle ream,
outstanding items and any areas of concern for your implementation;
