*Title :* *Sr. Business Analyst* *Location: **Stuart, Florida* *Duration: 12 Months* *Technical/Functional Skills:* · Identifying business/functional requirements by working with key client personnel or end-users · Interfacing with other functional and technical groups within the organization · Strong knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology · Significant experience with Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio · Leads requirements management and change management processes · Directs the development of visualization and user experience elements of solution design · Develops and maintains internal and external relationships to manage scope, schedule,budgets and expectations · Knowledge of Sales process is a plus (Direct/Distributor) · Basic project management experience · Facilitate meetings and report weekly project status · Strong writing, problem solving, communication and client-facing skills · Developing Use/Test cases driving development of test plans, as well as validating data after development with logging issue list during SIT and UAT phase Proven techniques for defining and/or improving requirements · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology or Business Systems related discipline · Experience in information systems applications, commercial logistics, web, CRM and/or BI reporting systems, preferably in regulated medical device industry.Experience in business and systems analysis, understanding user requirements and implementing systems to meet the requirements. *Technical and/or functional analytical skills* · Strong communications skills both orally and written. · Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. · Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. · Experience in managing projects, following project management methodologies and · supervising project team staff, including consultants. · Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
