We can submit only US Citizen, Green Card and EAD. *Position: Operations Analyst * *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Client: Kroger* *Interview proses: Skype interview* *Current tools and technologies include*: Infra, Jira, additional troubleshooting tools *Essential Job Functions:* · Maintain daytime support for the REE Team · Partner closely with the Support Center to identify improvement areas · Participate in the design and implementation of large and/or architecturally significant applications. · Champion company standards and best practices. Work to continuously improve software delivery processes and practices. · Build partnerships across the application, business and infrastructure teams. · Develop programming specifications.
