*Position: Electrical Engineer (FPGA Design Engineer)* *Location : St. Paul, MN* *Duration: 6 Months+* *$30 -$35 /hr – CPT /OPT EAD SHOULD BE FINE* *Electrical Engineer (FPGA Design Engineer)* *Location : St. Paul* *Educational Qualifications*: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical and computer engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication. Masters or Advanced diploma in VLSI Design (preferably) *Required Skills:* *Essential:* · At least 1 years’ experience of FPGA design and testing with Xilinx/Altera FPGAs · Knowledge of Digital Logic Design and FPGA Implementation · VHDL, Verilog or System Verilog experience. · Understanding of complete FPGA design cycle; - RTL design, timing driven synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis. · Hardware debugging experience of FPGA design *Desirable:* · Working knowledge of the following engineering tools; - Xilinx ISE/EDK, Or Quartus II, ModelSim/Isim/VCS · Experience of developing self-checking test-benches, BFMs *Additional Skills (Plus)* · Expertise in Visual Studio, Eclipse and Quartus IDE’s including Win32 API · Bare metal coding of ARM processors including linker and debug scripts · Knowledge of Multi-threaded OS’s and RTOS’s including Embedded Windows and Linux · Ethernet, SPI, I2C and USB Driver development · *Behavioral:* · Lot of independent motivation and drive needed to work in quick turnaround projects, supporting quality and operations-driven changes · Works well with teams · Partner with our development team to work on additional new design/development work. · Good Communication Skill · Good attention to detail. · Good problem solving skills · Structured and organized Regards, Sameer [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
