Need: QA Analyst. Duration: 6 month contract Rate: $30-35/hr Location: Durham, NC EAD’s, Citizens, GC holders. Client Technology Solutions (CTS) is a global, horizontal, business that crosses Global Securities (Fixed Income and Equities), IB SFO, Global Clients, CFO, Private Banking, and Asset Management. CTS is responsible for portals, applications, data or processes that are client facing, tracks client interaction or supports internal understanding of sales, client activity and profitability. CTS scope of expertise encompasses architecture, development, analysis, integration, standards, governance and cross-divisional coordination of client facing technology. CTS has a global footprint with teams in NY, London, Zurich, Singapore, Raleigh, Paris and Pune comprised of CS employees, contractors and consultants. *Overall Responsibilities:* Learn and continue to improve business knowledge of Client Technology Solutions products Review business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to determine testability of requirements Create test plans and test cases based on business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications Execute test cases according to test plan Track test results and participate in Quality Reviews on all projects assigned before going to production Update Regression test cases, when applicable Assist in establishing and documenting the QA process flow, including the intersects of up/down stream test efforts Assist development on setting up test data and scenarios Comply with the standard SDLC+ process for software development and ensure that all QA deliverables are supplied and approved. Work with the team in improving the QA process base on industry best practices while maintaining alignment with CTS objectives. Create automation test scripts for use by self and other team members *REQUIRED SKILLS * - Sr QA with 5+ years of experience - Expertise in testing ETL, stored procedures, Data Warehousing, Cube/MOLAP Technologies - Expertise SQL Querying Language - Expertise in DB Tools e.g. PL/SQL, Toad, MS SQL Server Management Studio and the like - Expertise in System Integration and End to End Testing - Expertise in Mercury Quality Center (Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Tracking, Reqs Traceability) *ADDITIONAL SKILLS * - Knowledge in Equities and Fixed Income Products Systems - Knowledge in Sales Credit Systems (Equities and Fixed Income) - Knowledge in Excel Advanced Features and Pivot Tables, Lookups - Knowledge in Poweruser Reporting Tools e.g. Business Objects, Panorama, Crystal Reports etc. Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
