3-4yrs requirements/analysis experience;

Knowledge of SQL, SAS and oracle for querying databases;

5+ Years of using SAS to create reports and summary tabulations.

Candidates that have a mortgage / finance background are preferred.

Experience with SAS is a must, 5+ years ideal. In addition, candidates
should have substantial experience building XML formatted files using SAS.
Experience with a reporting tool is also needed.

This position has been qualified with the manager and is expected to move
quickly through the contractor identification process.

MS Access and Business Objects are a huge pluses.

·         3-4 years of related requirements/analysis experience *

·         Ability to document business processes *

·         Ability to translate high level business requirements into
functional and system requirements *

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
or related field *

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) *

·         Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) *

·         FNMA and Financial Industry experience desired *

·         Knowledge of requirement tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro *

·         Strong analytical skills *

·         Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases *
