Please share me the relevant Profiles. *Need Visa Copy before Submission* *WebLogic Administrator* Location Philadelphia, PA Duration 9 Months *Phone screen followed by F2F* The WebLogic Administrator will be responsible for all activities related to the delivery and improvement of Middleware services provided to the company. The position will be responsible for day to day support and maintenance as well as input on architecture and design of clients Application Server technologies, predominately WebLogic, and their interaction other products within an enterprise solution. The position will encompass everything from setup and installation through production operations. The position will also be responsible for all non-production and production environments. Driving continuous improvements in the environments is essential to all work activities. *DUTIES* • Performance tuning and day-to-day trouble shooting of WebLogic and other application servers across all environments • Monitoring of WebLogic and other applications servers across all environments • Installation and configuration of WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache, and OHS across all environments • Documentation of standard operating processes and procedures • Documentation of installations and environments • Security patching and vulnerability mitigation • Developing WLST, and other, scripts to automate work or improve quality of service • Implementing process and installations changes which will improve the quality of the service being delivered • Participate in the Middleware administrator on-call rotation which exists to resolve production operational issues outside standard business hours • Perform off hours assignments as they relate to vulnerability mitigation, patching, upgrades, or other tasks that cannot before during normal business hours • Supporting development teams in both implementation planning through debugging challenges *REQUIREMENTS* *Skills and Abilities* • Qualified candidates will be motivational thought leaders, driven individuals, and possess exceptional business acumen, coupled with strong working knowledge of middleware implementations • Demonstrated initiative, innovation, flexibility, and ability to manage workload; achieving desired results with minimal supervision • Diligent attention to detail, processes and quality of outputs • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities • Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an accelerated timeframe • Work well under pressure and can resolve complex problems • Work in a collaborative fashion working with whoever is necessary to support service operation, elevates team results over individual results • Excellent communication skills, presenting, listening and informing.
