Recruiter will support our company efforts to place bench candidates for
multiple clients nationwide
* Source technical professionals nationwide for contract and project based
positions.
* Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates
* Provide technical analysis and assessments as needed.
* Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer deliverable and
resources;
* Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market
intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.
Required Skills:
6+ Months of experience in Bench Sales is required
* Strong background in Technology
* Bench placement experience
* Marketing Bench Consultant
* Experience in US Sales
* Proven organizational and process oriented skills
* Customer service focused with service level communication skills
* Previous work experience with service oriented companies

Job Responsibilities:
* Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire,
Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc).
* Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques
(W2/Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.
* Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot
jobs, Linked In, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates.
* Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic
Etiquette.
* Flexible and positive attitude.
* Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.
* Enthusiastic personality with good energy levels.
* Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).
