Job Title Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Plano, TX Duration: 10+ Months Mortgage Quality Services Testing Requirements: Originations 1. In-Depth knowledge of the Mortgage industry Terminologies e.g. REG Z, HAMP, LIBOR etc. Worked with Fannie Mae*s Desktop Underwriter system for credit scoring. 2. Mortgage Business Process Testing knowledge is required i.e. Loan Officer Functions, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing (Document Prep) and Post Closing Functions. 3. Mortgage Product knowledge is preferred i.e. ARM (5/1, 3/1, 7/1, Interest Only, Cash Out Refinance, Conventional etc.) 4. Knowledge of Testing Loan Closing documents and disclosures on originated loans at the closing stage 5. Knowledge of Testing the HUD-1 (1003) document and understand all the sections that make up the HUD (Fees * hazard, flood, insurance, ESCROW, etc.) 6. Tested Fee & Rate changes within a Mortgage Originations System i.e. Mortgage Insurance Rates, Fee Adjustments etc. 7. Familiar with Testing RESPA changes on Loan Documents Default/Servicing 1. Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) Knowledge. Note: MSP is a mainframe application that houses 50% of the loans being serviced across the United States. It is owned by LPS (external vendor). 2. Understand the LPS Portal Applications and Tools i.e. Director, Navigator, Passport, Powercell, Powerview, Explorer etc. 3. Working knowledge of the Mainframe system MSP and how to navigate screens and run Transaction commands for testing 4. VB Scripting experience (Testing or Developing) 5. Automated Clearing House Testing with from MSP > LPS (Lender Processing Services) inbound/outbound 6. Working knowledge of Bank Deposit Operations i.e. one time ACH requests or recurring ACH payments Technical & Testing Requirements: 1. Proficient in using Quality Center 9.0 -10.0 2. Proactive attitude in working with BSA's, Customers and PM's and educating them on Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures 3. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills 4. Able to develop test plans (Agile & SDLC), test cases and completion reports during test planning, execution and closing processes. 5. Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing approaches/plans 6. Know the difference between Unit, Integration, System, End to End, Performance, Stress & Load Testing on a system 7. Have testing automation experience with Quick Test Pro (Web Based Applications) or Load Runner (Client/Server & Web Based) 8. Have back-end testing experience with mortgage db (ORACLE / SQL / PL SQL ) using a SQL Client (TOAD, SQL Server etc.) 9. COF Experience desired but not required 10.
