This position is responsible for analyzing business requirements and leading the development of software designs and coding. Reviews the design of solution(s) prepared by 3rd party vendor to ensure that all requirements are addressed. Manages and oversees the design activities of a design team. May develop and test complex programming code. Acts as the technical project lead and is a subject matter expert. Assists other team members in preforming analysis, design, code, and test. Assists customers with developing consumable business requirements. Produces accurate time estimates for technical solutions; recommends technical solutions and resolves issues. Acts as a mentor and advisor to other team members. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service. Ability to provide on-call support, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, as needed.
