*Location – Waltham, MA (near Boston) NEED SOMEONE FROM THE EAST COAST (NY, NY, CT, MA, PA)* *Duration –6+ months * *Rate - $43/hr – Max* *Must have with ETL, SQL and Qlikview – PHONE and SKYPE INTERVIEW PROCESS * The BI Operations Report Developer will help us achieve our growth goals by being at the forefront of creating and delivering reports for sales leadership and the field force enabling quick, smart decision making. They will be responsible for identifying & delivering results against our key metrics by coordinating with sales, finance and marketing teams. The BI Operations Report Developer must be able to work in a fast paced environment in which they are responsible for several concurrent tasks, with a keen ability to multitask and solve problems quickly. Attention to detail and ability to meet and beat deadlines are a must. Sales Operations Report Developer Tasks • Communicate effectively and translate sales business operations into reporting requirements • Design dashboards, reporting templates, and impactful visualizations of sales data, with the goal of communicating complex concepts simply to a diverse set of audiences • Assist in Ad-hoc reporting; liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties. • Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis & policy execution. • Support other Operations team projects related to sales planning, forecasting, reporting, or territory optimization as needed.
