Ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of SharePoint customization and development. This candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication as well as the ability to understand business requirements. Working knowledge of SharePoint designer is a must. A thorough understanding of SharePoint architecture(site collection, site, list and pages) and SharePoint Features also needed.
