Email:- *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Subject:* informatica administrator Location: Dallas,TX Rate: Market Length: 6 Months *Skills Required:* - Administer and support the Data Integration ETL Infrastructure, products and environments consisting primarily of Informatica 8.1 and Ab Initio 2.x (and higher) - Administer and support other Data Integration related Infrastructure, products and environments from above and other vendors including: Data Quality, Data profiling, Metadata Management, etc.. - 24x7 on-call support (on a rotation basis) in a very dynamic environment with mission critical applications - Interface with Unix Engineering, DB, Network, etc… teams to perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure issues - Interface with Support teams (some offshore), developers, etc. to perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis and resolve application issues - Proactively monitor operations, capacity, etc…and provide performance tuning to system components as required to ensure optimum function of Informatica environments - Provide input/assist with architecture, implementation and support of failover, high availability, disaster recovery - Plan, coordinate, communicate, test, implement/Install product upgrades, patches, etc..
