Experience working with off-shore resources and co-ordination of work with them 5. Offline (MSA) experience 6. Hands on experience and strong fundamentals in Account / contact / Opportunity / Activity / Marketing / Complaint management in SAP CRM 7. Fundamental knowledge of Middleware, Basis and ABAP necessary 8.
