*Role : SAS Developer* *Location : Chicago , IL* *Duration : Long term* *Skills * This would NOT be a quantitative analyst type of role, who does the actual modeling. Instead, this person would take the model (formula) and corresponding SAS code that a quant may have implemented and turn it into production ready code. This would involve optimizing the code to take advantage of the Grid’s parallelization and workload management capabilities, as well as standard tuning. Also, they should able to implement it such that the model can be run in an automated manner via scripted, scheduled process.
