*Tableau* developer/Data Analyst with *Healthcare Industry *experience for
a long term contract in Sunny Ft. Lauderdale FL. Phone and Skype to hire.
They have indicated this could go multiple years. They must have *Tableau
and Healthcare *experience.





The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity of
data used to support Sheridan projects including Quality Reporting, Revenue
Cycle efforts and other Performance Improvement initiatives. This position
will work with all lines of business as well as Information Technology to
collect and maintain the data related to Quality and Revenue Cycle projects.



Conducts analysis of ERP logical & data flow, Revenue Cycle, Pay for
Performance and other key Quality datasets in order to support quality
reporting requirements, identify trends and support operational needs of
the department.

Identify opportunities for improvement in databases, data sets, and reports
utilized by the organization.



Create and maintain an enterprise data map for all operational data and
data systems throughout the organization specifically related to Quality,
Revenue Cycle and performance measurements.



Coordinate and as needed, perform imports of data into Performance
Improvement tools and databases

Run and analyze reports per departmental standard operating processes and
direction of departmental leadership



*REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*



   - Three to five years’ experience in analysis of data and management of
   healthcare information systems
   - Experience in a health care delivery system desirable
   - Experience utilizing business intelligence, relational database, and
   data warehouse methodologies
   - Must have the ability to build and query relational databases (such as
   SQL Server)
   - *Hands-on experience with Tableau* or similar business intelligence
   tool.
   - Strong quantitative and analytic skills
   - Project management experience a plus
   - Strong technical skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
   - Understanding of the managed care industry, including types of managed
   care customers, clients, and payers
   - Fundamentals include medical terminology, clinical coding guidelines
   and regulations
   - Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively to address
   problems
   - Ability to present solutions to multidisciplinary teams
   - Ability to write and present reports and presentations
   - Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including
   ability to communicate complex technical issues to a nontechnical audience
   - BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience and training in
   computer science, business or healthcare
   - MS degree preferred
