The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity of data used to support Sheridan projects including Quality Reporting, Revenue Cycle efforts and other Performance Improvement initiatives. This position will work with all lines of business as well as Information Technology to collect and maintain the data related to Quality and Revenue Cycle projects. Conducts analysis of ERP logical & data flow, Revenue Cycle, Pay for Performance and other key Quality datasets in order to support quality reporting requirements, identify trends and support operational needs of the department. Identify opportunities for improvement in databases, data sets, and reports utilized by the organization. Create and maintain an enterprise data map for all operational data and data systems throughout the organization specifically related to Quality, Revenue Cycle and performance measurements.
