DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:



"           As an integral part of the development team, you will implement
a large middleware software framework and user interface controls.

"           You will translate user requirements into the technical design
of next generation mapping components used for multi-user based smart client
applications.

"           You will design and develop static and dynamic data layers using
ESRI tools.

"           You will employ best development methodologies to address
performance, scalability and efficiency issues with large data sets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:



"           You must have at least 8+ years of development experience, with
a minimum of 5+ years using ESRI based application development.

"           You must have a minimum of 2+ years using .NET/C#, WPF
(preferred) or Silverlight technologies.

"           You must have worked with ESRI's  ArcGIS Server. (other ArcGIS
technologies including, ArcSDE and ArcObjects are helpful)

"           You must have experience in building and integrating with Web
services

"           Your experience resolving performance issues of mapping
components built for multi-user based service will be invaluable.

"           In that we use MS SQL Server, it is important that you
understand its capabilities and be able to implement in SQL.



EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

"           MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent
