5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration / technical support;
must have experience in managing team(s)

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This is very important,
since this person will communicate very regular with the business users,
onsite and Offshore technical teams)

Logical aptitude and ability to solve problems

Experience in writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries

Solutions orientation with excellent analytical ability

Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into a technical
reality that is extendable and maintainable

Understand the business and Salesforce setup in order to identify potential
issues for end-users

Solid understanding of when to use out of the box customization versus code

Experience working with Workflows, Approvals, and Validations

Ability to maintain Salesforce.com configurations (users, roles, profiles,
etc.)

Experience in migrating/importing data from other platforms

Custom and standard object definitions that include validation rules, page
layouts, custom fields, list views,

Email2case setup, case auto assignment rules and response rules Salesforce
profiles, roles, sharing settings and OWD (Org-Wide Defaults) security
settings

Basic apex language, trigger and visual force mark up coding/programming
Data loader, workbench

Salesforce deployment mechanisms like change sets or other deployment tools
like ANT

Understanding of SOAP API

Lead and campaign management

Provide day to day production support of the CRM application to all
business users under Marketing operations, which includes maintaining the
production system, data query, update, migrate and answering the business
users

Coordinate with the production team and facilitate closure of
production/Operations support items and coordinate with offshore



*Roles/Responsibilities*

o To comprehend existing application’s design; both within Salesforce and
with externally integrated systems

Provide day to day production support of the CRM application to all

production/Operations support items; provide supervisory support to the
offshore team when required

- Maintain strong understanding of client's business processes as well as
IT capabilities

- Publish relevant reports as applicable
