Description Work experience: 7-10 years significant experience in UltiPro (hosted by Ultimate Software) payroll system for North America and Canada. Should be able to make configuration/setup changes as required. Expert in Technology stack around UltiPro which includes SQL, MS SQL DB, FTP/SFTP, C#, Cognos, Web App on MS IIS, Shell Scripting, Javascript Significant experience in Cognos IBM BI tool (reporting platform). Need to know the 3 reporting studios in Cognos which sits on top of Ultipro and is used as a reporting platform. Need to know how to modify Cognos reports. Expert in integration with Ultipro (Integration with Workday/Morgan Stanley/Oracle General Ledger etc). Should be expert in both Inbound and Outbound interfaces. Will need to know how and where the data is loaded through these interfaces. Experience in working with Ultimate software to manage testing of any changes/patches as required.
