*Subject:* Senior Sybase Developer Location: Reston VA Rate: market Length: 6 months Senior Sybase Developer Responsibilities: • Develop new components and enhancements for the Acquisitions Reporting Database (ARDB) system including design and document complex application functionality. • Participate in full DB development life cycle utilizing SYBASE 15, C, Visual Basic, UNIX Shell scripts, Autosys and MS Access. • Will be responsible for developing database objects like stored procedures, tables, index and other related database objects in a CM managed environment based upon defined requirements. • Assist QA by reviewing test plans and test case scenarios, as well as resolving test findings. • Assist production support team in trouble shooting critical issues in production. • Assist CM with code builds and migrations.
