Experience and competency in Siebel Configuration and Siebel Architecture (must) 2. Hands on experience in Siebel 8, preferably in Siebel Financial Services Module. 3. Excellent written and verbal communications skills 4. At least 8 years as a Siebel Development Experience and 2-3 years of Siebel Solution Architect experience. 5. Experience in Onsite-Offshore Model is a Must 6. Experience working directly with business leaders. Good listener, Presenter, and Capable of organizing meeting independently *Responsibilities* 1. Serves as the liaison between Siebel technology and business end-users. 2. Documents and verify business requirements, Use cases, Review Test Cases and execute the same by working with the business 3. Works with the Solution Architect, Technical Analysts and development team to ensure that they fully understand the specifications 4. Verify and test the solution and its alignment with requirements 5. Work with Project Management team in Identifying the Change Request and communicate the same to Business for approval. 6.
