The ideal candidate will have user interface design experience, moderate to advanced Flash design experience, and a solid understanding of design principals, web standards and best practices. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and development of software User Interfaces and Flash Design, * I ncluding:* •User Interface: You would be working within a team of seasoned software engineers in deploying web-based, mobile-based, and software as a service UI design projects. Your responsibilities would only include the design and delivery of component design no working knowledge of software language is required. •Flash: You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, designing and deploying projects that would include product email marketing campaigns, product demos etc. Knowledge, *Skills, and Requirements:* •B.A./ B.S. in visual/graphic design or related preferred. •User Interface Design experience is required. •Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator. •Solid understanding of HTML and CSS experience required. Other web technologies will be considered a strong plus. •The ability to articulate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work with all levels in the organization and to sell ideas and concepts to non-marketing employees. •Ability to think conceptually and provide unexpected solutions. •Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills are absolutely necessary.
