*Role: Java Tech PM* *NYC* *Responsibilities* · Work closely with the Business Users, IT Program management and Technology team lead(s) to plan and execute projects. Assume primary responsibility for execution of projects. · Ensure that the Technology teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively · Establish realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target · Lead Architecture and Design discussions · Partner with data providers/integration contacts to address extern dependencies · Oversight of release and sprint planning · Partner with the QA team in ensuring activities such as test case writing, planning and execution are being conducted as per expected standards. · Conduct UAT, training sessions and user demos · Support ongoing user requirements and investigate issues · Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels *Skills & experience* · At least 10-12 years of Technology experience with 3-4 years in the role of a Technology Lead · Relevant and substantial work experience technical architecture and design, structured analysis, process design and project management · Self-starter. Proven ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision. · Strong analytical, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. · Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, roles and able to interact effectively with all levels · Strong problem solving skills.
