*Job Title* SAP HCM with SF Exp *Project Location* Los Angeles CA *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview mode:: Telephone hire only* This position will be a SF Compensation specialist who understands the business landscape of overall Human Resources Employee Compensation area. They will need to be business oriented enough to advise if the SAP HCM and Legacy compensation reports and processes are appropriate and optimized, then translate those processes and reports to the team of developers and configurators who will develop the SF Compensation specific configuration and reporting capability. So we will need someone with the following: - At least 1 or 2 recent full-life-cycle SF Compensation implementations for which this person was the go-to SF Compensation functional expert. - SAP HCM functional expertise in their background, preferably in the compensation area. - Experience with assessing, designing and developing SF Compensation reports from a functional/business analysis perspective - Must have integrated SF Compensation with other 3rd party software. This is common but ask specifically which other products they integrated. NOTE: The end-client will be integrating some other software the name of which they want to keep confidential, but if we happen to mention our person has integrated SF Comp with other 3rd party software, we might get lucky with a hit, and worst case at least show that they have integrated 3rd party software.
