Tracks team velocity, sprint health and sprint/release progress. Ensures Development Teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Works with Product Owners to define priorities, maintain healthy product backlog & resolve any business related dependencies. Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices. Captures and reports key metrics to leadership team and provides recomemndations around process improvements.
