The Systems Engineer, Citrix in the Global Client Services and Technology group is an active participant and a core member of a team accountable for the global SPE workstation environment. The Systems Engineer, Citrix role is responsible for the administration of the Citrix VDI environment to ensure high levels of availability, performance and security for the SPE enterprise. The individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the system provisioning and maintenance is consistent with SPE goals, and industry best practices. In general, responsibilities will include the operation and performance tuning of the VDI infrastructure, managing issues, and the planning and management of enterprise wide virtualization initiatives. Provide consultation or SME (expert) advice to IT management.
