- Scrum Certified, 5 years experience running multiple scrum teams,
Should be technical enough to understand and chase issues to resolution,
should be comfortable working on extremely fast paced environment.
- IT Project Management/Scrum Master experience managing data
integration projects using waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies
- Referenceable experience within Big Data or Data Warehousing client
environment
- Healthcare industry experience and understanding
- Experienced/strong emphasis on User Story development.
- Hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
- Experience with project estimation, forecasting, status reporting and
issues and risk management
- Healthcare industry experience is preferable
- PMP and Scrum Certification is a preferable
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
