Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. *Responsibilities: * - Serve as liaison between the Technology build team and Wealth Management mortgage and credit origination business users - Document test plans/scripts, ensuring that requirements can be easily translated/mapped into test scripts - Develop and execute system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations - Document detailed functional specifications, working with the business to analyze business requirements, provide technical expertise and produce functional design - Track and manage issue, risks, action items and plan deliverable responsibilities for Mortgage and Credit account origination projects - Work with other business analysts and the technology build team to design and implement technology solutions for the mortgage and credit account opening processes * * *Skills:* * * - Bachelor's degree in business related discipline or equivalent work/training preferred - 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience, especially on related IT initiatives - Experience with Mortgage and Credit Origination projects - Experience in using Quality Center to track test scripts and defect management - Detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle and SDLC and related deliverables - Expertise in analytical and problem solving skills - Experience in Private Banking related products, services and processing systems - Specific data analysis background required. - Ability to work with cross-functional Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
