Candidate should be very strong in basic java, j2ee and problem solving. Need excellent analytical design skills to understand the business scenarios and prepare the design. Need to have good understanding about the thread safety , java threading, thread pooling, scalability, performance tuning. Should have good track record in terms of project execution. Must have good understanding about the database concepts. Experience with frameworks will be a big plus. Should be able to understand the existing code base ,framework and the challenges on the first day itself without any formal training. Proven and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must. Need good problem solving skills. Should be able work independently as well as in team without much supervision.
