We are seeking a systems analyst with 6 plus years of experience. *Must have a strong financial services background.* 2.Analytical rigor: We are seeking an analyst with strong analytical capability. Able to work with large volumes of data, able to problem solve. Able to write clear, concise and complete functional specifications. 3.*Benchmark domain knowledge*. The role will be focused on Benchmarks, and baseline of domain knowledge is required, as well as comfort in working with benchmark data to drive quality. *Experience with Rimes would be a big +.* 4.Communication skills. This is an internal client facing role and strong communication and relationship skills are needed. 5.Technical skills - *Must be strong with SQL - ability to write queries* 6.Organization. The role is in a fast moving environment and an ability to be organized and proactively follow-up is a must to operate effectively. The team is looking to review its existing benchmark platform in order to streamline and monitor the process so that investors are getting accurate data in an efficient and expedient way *Responsibilities* The Senior Systems Analyst will have the following responsibilities: • Act as product owner for the portfolio of Benchmarks related technology • Act as steward for benchmark data, driving data quality, methodologies and automation. In addition, interact with investment professionals and business partners to proactively identify opportunities for better and more complete benchmark data • Collaborate with business partners understand business workflows in detail, and prioritize support/enhancement needs • Challenge the status quo and proactively seek opportunities for new or improved systems.
