*Please send Resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position Name: Infrastructure Business Analyst* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* The candidate should have Analysis experience meaning they are experienced in creating *BRDs/Specs and definitely have the security experience. * Key Responsibilities: -Ownership, preparation of and sign off on all business requirements relative to infrastructure projects (*Security,* Compute, Network, Storage, Desktop, Video Collaboration…) - Responsible to create a detailed BRD (Business Requirements Document) and Functional Specification - Responsible for Test planning/scripting in conjunction with QA leads for validation of the project - Responsible for creating and contribution to the communication plan for the projects - Works closely with Solution Designers to identify, author and prioritize problems to be resolved. - Responsible to identify and plan for any user impact as a result of infrastructure or security changes. - Responsible for development and communication of documentation standards including requirements, functional specifications and test plan standards. - Working closely with the Service Managers and support team to coordinate changes without impact to the users. - Works with Project Managers to develop tasks for work breakdown structure for area of responsibilities - Provides status updates on area responsibilities and identifies risks and issues with assigned projects including any required escalations to resolve issues and/or mitigate risks - Experience working with Data Center environments as well as Virtualized environments. - Experience with Job Scheduling software - Experience with monitoring techniques and capabilities - Thorough understanding of security environments - Have functional expertise level in at least two domain areas of infrastructure or security areas Best Regards Ankit Kumar Sagwal IDC Technologies Inc.
