As needed, provides direction for design activities and technical guidance for development teams. Ensures standards and guidelines are used appropriately to guide the design of technology solutions. Reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware solution options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals. Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs. *JOB REQUIREMENTS:* 1. Bachelor Degree. 2. 10 years technical experience including 5 to 7 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations. 3. Strong proficiency in Java concepts or other object-oriented languages, and object modeling. 4. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. 5. Demonstrated experience with any of the following: web, portal, and/or mobile architectures; SOA based solutions; data movement; and enterprise application integration. 6. Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures for large enterprise solutions. 7. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. 8. Ability to anticipate internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. 9. Ability to communicate complex technical or architecture concepts in a simple manner and can adapt to different audiences.
