Please let me know if you want move forward with this position *Position*: Oracle EBS/HR Developer *Duration*: 5+monthsC2H *Location*: Kansas City, MO. *Must skills:* - Oracle Development - Oracle EBS - Oracle HR - Oracle OAB/OAF/ADF Experience *Responsibilities* - Work with business analysts and others to translate business requirements into technical designs and database requirements, participating in development sessions, and understanding application operations, taking into consideration existing architecture and IT roadmaps. - Lead, Coordinate, and Mentor other developers in the implementation and support of company databases and related applications using existing software development methodology, version control, and migration standards, being an example for others to follow. - Lead technical efforts on projects and work closely with Project Managers, other developers, analysts, and testers to implement enhancements, projects, and bug fixes. Coordinate timely updates on work performed and proactively engage managers when issues arise. - Analyze problems, identify/take corrective action; Define, recommend, and socialize recommended process improvements; Participate in On-Call Rotation and ensure technical code documentation is complete and accurate. - Support and educate other developers in your knowledge area (For example in Oracle - PL/SQL, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle E-Business suite). *Basic Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related degree and 5+ years related experience.
