mentioned below.

* Skills Required and Job Description:*

*MOI : Telephonic followed by Face 2 Face*

* Summary:*

To develop and design for SharePoint 2013 site collections for the
Internet, Intranet, and Extranet environments.

 *Responsibilities: *

*Management*

   - Attend monthly SharePoint User Group meetings and convey information
   to the team.

 *Business Analysis*

   - Analyze current design requirements and map to SharePoint.
   - Identify new areas on an ongoing basis where SharePoint user
   experience can be improved.
   - Consult with other divisions on cross-domain integration.

 *Information Architecture *

   - Determine and create scalable structure for top level business unit
   sites.
   - Ensure uniform navigation throughout sites.
   - Provide guidance to business units on structure of their sites.
   - Manage and design search scopes, results displays with input and comps
   from business units.

* Support and Services*

   - Encourage user adoption and embed a sense of excitement in the
   business regarding SharePoint.
   - Train end users in team on basic functionality.
   - Direct team members to training material and resources available in
   the company.
   - Demo technology to business units.
   - Error identification, investigation and resolution – escalate to IT
   required.
   - Edit and customize pages using *SharePoint Designer* and Design
   Manager.

 *Skills Required:*

   - *Minimum two years fulltime SharePoint UI/UX experience*.
   - Extremely strong SharePoint 2013 design implementation skills using
   HTML5/CSS3.
   - Extremely strong in *Javacript and Bootstrap JS.*
   - Extremely strong responsive design skills.
   - Strong with *Nintex Workflows and Forms*
   - Business acumen.

* The job description is attached but here are some additional details of
things they are looking for:*

   - *Sheer magnitude of the design requirements of tasks to manage – need
   to understand farm design deployments, master pages, responsive design,
   mobile testing, user experience, user adoption, integration with 3rd party
   products such as Sitrion Social, Nintex Workflows and Forms, etc.*
   - *Communication between IT and the business is crucial*
