Job Title*-* *Business Intelligence Project Manager* Project Location- * Burbank /CA* Duration –*12+months* *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:* Serve as a “working” project manager across all phases of the analytic project lifecycle. Primary responsibilities include: -Working with the divisional Internal Audit Director to develop the division’s analytics strategy and project plan. -Leading the data discovery phase for each analytic project through discussions with business and information systems management, and identification of key/relevant business processes, applications and data. -Playing a lead role in developing analytic objectives by working closely with internal audit teams to translate financial and operational audit objectives into analytic requirements. -Managing on-shore or off shore project development teams: document and communicate analytic requirements; develop and monitor project budgets and timelines; perform quality assurance checks of offshore deliverables; provide preliminary analysis, when applicable, to assist audit teams in interpreting analytic results. -Other Related Responsibilities: Works closely with the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) Director to: prioritize analytic projects; enhance ACE standard practices; manage relationships with key divisional business and IT management; develop key system data extraction strategies and other standard data analytic requirements. * DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* -B.S. /B.A. level qualification. -Demonstrated understanding of financial and operational business processes, systems and internal controls. -Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and constructive with a range of stakeholders to drive positive change. -Demonstrated "team player" characteristics; progressive thinking skills; strong work ethic; excellent oral and written communication skills. -Likely to have 5 or more years of post-degree experience. -Used to working with, understanding and interpreting large, complex sets of data across a range of business processes. -Working knowledge of one of more major ERP’s (SAP / PeopleSoft / Oracle EBS). -Experience working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau or qlikview and/or familiarity with SQL would be an advantage.
