 About the Organization:

The Single-Family Technology group supports the development, implementation
and maintenance of all Single-Family systems. Our goal is to effectively
respond to the technology needs of the Single-Family Business and lead the
development of the next generation of technology platforms. There are six
primary groups that make up SFT:

§ Automated Underwriting Technology

§ Committing, Acquisition, and Delivery Systems

§ Servicer and Investor Reporting Systems

§ Credit Loss Management Systems

§ Single-Family Technology Planning

§ Single-Family Technology Business Management



About the “Group” (AUT, BMT, CADS, CLM, Planning and SIR):

 About the Team:

The Fee Reconciliation System (FRS) team is responsible for maintaining,
enhancing, and the eventual replacement of FRS. FRS is the primary tool used
at Client to reconcile delivered loan information to underwriting records,
and results in fees or refunds to our lending partners.

 About the Position:

The Senior Microsoft .Net & Java Developer will be responsible for Analysis,
Design, Coding and Unit Testing for the Fee Reconciliation System. Tasks
also include code reviews, support for System and Acceptance testing, and
production support.

 Responsibilities:

In this section, list the top 5-7 responsibilities of this position.

• Develop new components and enhancements for the FRS application. The FRS
application is implemented using Microsoft .net technologies as well as Java
and uses Sybase & Oracle databases. It includes a web application, thick
client, and several batch programs/processes.

• Review business requirements & technical specifications, provide feedback
and use as input into design.

• Design and document application functionality.

• Implement functionality using a varied toolset.

• Assist QA by reviewing test plans, test case scenarios, troubleshooting
test environment, as well as resolving test findings.

 Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

These must-have skills are skills you won’t hire someone without.

§ 5+ years experience in Microsoft .Net technologies including MS Access,
ASP.net, VB.net

§ 5+ years experience with structured & OO Design & Programming

§ 5+ years experience using RDBMS (Sybase & Oracle preferred)

§ Experience in working with UNIX environment including developing shell
scripts

§ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

§ Demonstrated ability to independently research, troubleshoot and resolve
complex problems

§ Demonstrated experience in an enterprise production environment

§ Ability to multi-task and to work against aggressive deadlines with a high
degree of accuracy and to adapt to changing business requirements

§ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent
experience

 Nice to Have Skills:

These Nice-to-Have Skills are skills you would prefer someone to have, but
they don’t have to have them to be selected.

 § Experience with, or working knowledge of the following:

o Java & J2EE technologies

o Reporting tools & libraries (e.g. Crystal Reports, Business Objects)

o development of Financial/Mortgage applications

o Large system development
