*Job Title: **DevOps Engineer* *Location: **Bloomington, MN* *Duration: 6+ Months **Contract to Hire.* *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* This position is involved with the development, implementation, and maintenance of Internet, Intranet, and Client Server applications. This person will manage midsized to large projects; ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project plans. The person in this position will partner with vendors to integrate products and services into company web architecture. *ACCOUNTABILITIES:* - Participate in the development and communication of DevOps principles and activities. - Monitor application performance and make metrics available for our project teams and leadership. - Designs and conducts application tests, including load/stress and performance. - Troubleshoots development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms; identified as a subject matter expert. - Partners with vendors to ensure appropriate data and system integration for upgrades and implementations. - Participates within disaster recovery testing; ensuring that disaster recovery plans are updated and maintained. - Oversees and reviews data flow diagrams for accuracy; recommending enhancements for more efficient and effective data flow processes within the application. - Reviews and provides input on vended contractual agreements. *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:* - Excellent understanding of system infrastructure and integration of proposed code changes into that infrastructure - Excellent understanding of the LAN and WAN network - Strong understanding of core operating systems and platforms - Experience utilizing UNIX (VI, Korn Shell) *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field - 4+ years experience in object oriented development using Java(JSP/Servlet, Java Beans, EJB) technologies - 1+ year enterprise DevOps experience -- *Thanks & Regards* *Lucky Pawar* Sr Technical Recruiter *Integrated Technology Strategies, Inc.* Ph: 856-677-3043 | 856 519-0049 [email protected] | www.itstrategiesinc.com Yahoo/Gtalk IM : laxmikanthpawar -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
