Particularly, this individual should have been involved in setting up a system from scratch with *DUAL VIOS* configuration with *NPIV* based storage access for the Client *LPARs* and shared *ethernet* adapter for network access to multiple *VLANs.* The ability to satisfy requirements for, and test Live Partition Mobility is a plus. For the HA skills to count, the individual should have had experience in setting up HA in fully virtualized environments, and have personally designed and built clusters of up to 3 servers in a cluster containing multiple resource groups. Troubleshooting abilities is a must For the performance tuning aspect, the individual should have had experience with tuning AIX for Networker, tuning experience in a highly virtualized environment (multi shared processor pools, with all IO virtualized), and preferably have experience with tuning AIX for other apps as well just as Oracle, DB2 and sybase.
