Key Responsibilities/Outcomes: Service Delivery

 Is familiar with the products being supported and is capable of providing
guidance on the normal

use of the product

 Takes ownership of customer issues through to resolution

 Is responsible for timely responses and solutions to incidents ensuring
Service Level Agreements

are met

 Identifies internal product, documentation and process deficiencies and
makes suggestions for

continuous improvement

 Provides timely updates and responses to support requests

 Verifies the priority and severity of support requests

 Accurately documents the reported issues and resolutions

 Ensures accurate categorization of incidents and problems

 Identifies and provides workarounds for common issues

 Uses basic problem solving skills to resolve reported incidents

 Escalates incidents / problems to the SSD Business Systems Lead for Ops
Planning if higher

level of expertise is needed

 Provides reliable support with supervision

 Ensures high levels of client satisfaction for the products/solutions
supported

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

 Daily Task List – Including Monitoring & validating Reports

 Basic Incident Resolution

 Assisting the SSD Business Systems Lead when required
