*Description**:*
· Should have good knowledge on Application support and monitoring
· Be able to monitor and analyze production issues and ensure jobs
run within specified SLAs
· Work on and resolve production *Kanban tickets*
· Ability to quickly get an overall idea of all the algorithms
running in *CRMD*
· Should be good in troubleshooting the problems & should be able
to quickly provide solutions.
· Should have working Knowledge on *BigData EcoSystem* *(Hive,
Java, MapReduce, HBase, Spark & Storm etc...)*
· Co-ordination with different application teams if required to get
the issues resolved
· Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts and should be ready to
work in night shift
· Should have good communication skills
· Should be experienced and capable enough in handling escalations
and update shift status on daily basis.
· Added advantage if already worked on any of the ticket handling
system like Remedy*, Servicenow, Salesforce*
· Should be capable to work independently with less dependency on
other team members
· Be able to interact with business and provide clear answers.
