*Job Title: **UX Designer* *Location: **Richfield, MN (**Must be Local)* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Need LOCALS only.* *Direct Face2face.* Looking for a *UX Designer* responsible for in-take, definition, shaping, and developing digital experiences. In this role, you will build awareness and understanding of similar digital experiences within the company's native apps via smartphones and tablets. *RESPONSIBILITIES* - Create and optimize graphical assets that are on-brand, employ design standards set by company style guides, and build continuity across various digital touch points. - Contribute to the shared business goals of the User Generated Content, Recommendations, and Search domain teams. - Create and update designs and layouts, while working within defined templates. - Form partnerships and work side-by-side domain team product managers, engineers, and the extended UX Team. - Document and optimize standards and guidelines to support new and ongoing work as needed. - Participate in the planning and development of new content. - Employ design standards set by company style guides. - Remain current with digital trends, usability and standards, along with the tools and techniques for online experience development. *MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* - Strong digital design experience across web and native apps - Experience working in an agile environment *Experience with:* - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Axure - OmniGraffle - Balsamiq - Visio - InVision - Flinto - Keynote - Fluid UI *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* - Strong presentation/facilitation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively - Ability to self-define tasks, deadlines, and next steps - Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment *CLIENT REQUIRED QUESTIONS* - Please list your professional affiliations. - Provide a self-assessment between 0-10; 0 being low and 10 being the highest to represent your skill level within the following three disciplines: o User Interface Design: _____; o Information Architecture _____; o Front-end Development (HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.): ____ - In past UX projects what have you found to be key to developing healthy relationships with your business partners?
