Triage Analyst - For .Net, Java Applications

• Perform in-depth analysis of escalated & critical level incidents

• Perform in-depth analysis of Java and .Net error logs

• Create filters, dashboards, and reports within monitoring utilities to
help determine incident trends

• Logs and tracks incidents from identification through resolution. Follows
up with other support staff and Development resources involved in
resolution to ensure incidents are resolved

• Understanding of Cards domain will be a huge advantage

• Should be very good in working with Excel and generate reports from
Excel.

• Excellent communication skills are required as the person would have to
interact with multiple stakeholders
