*Job Title:* Project Manager *Location:* NC-Raleigh. *Duration : 8+* *month* *Interview : Telephonic + F2F* *Responsibilities:* - The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. - This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, Subject Matter Experts, Federal Partners, and vendors to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. - This candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills. - The position will be responsible for overseeing the development of requirements, and for overseeing the change request process. - In addition, this position has responsibility for leading all project meetings and ensuring stakeholder and vendor adherence to established deadlines for deliverables and project timelines. - The position is based in Raleigh, some travel may be required. *Qualifications:* *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience* - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required - Advanced leadership and management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities. Required - Expert organizational and multitasking skills. Required - Demonstrated ability to work with details and follow up on issues or concerns to closure. Required - Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Required - Must be quick learner.
