We are Looking for *Job Title: HW Test Engineer * *Location: Redmond, WA* *Type: 12+ month* *Job Description:* Measure, evaluate and validate embedded DCDC power converters, power systems and power components of consumer electronic. Work under guidance of power engineer to capture and record power system performance, including power system sequencing, start-up and shut-down, converter fault behaviour, power efficiency and converter stability. Collect measurements in organized spreadsheets, follow test plans and procedures, and be able to work with engineer to troubleshoot failures and determine root cause in fast paced environment. *Qualifications:* *Minimum Qualifications:* Experience: 2+ years working as a technician, evaluating consumer electronics power systems or equivalent Knowledge: Of troubleshooting techniques, measuring high current rails and noise sensitive signals, power electronics components and fundamentals of power converters. Skills: Ability to interpret schematics and PCB assembly drawings. Experience performing measurements on noise sensitive lines and high switching current rails.
