·         *Financial industry experience is required*

·         Work on Domino, Blackberry upgrades, ID recovery process and
provide day to day user and server support.

·         Expert knowledge in Notes/Domino, SMTP, Sametime, and should be
knowledgeable in Facetime and Zantaz.

·         Work on Domino issues and upgrades, Blackberry issues and
upgrades, Sametime, SMTP issues, ID recovery process and provide day to day
user and server support.

·         Specific Project deliverables and schedule, including interim due
dates:  There is no deliverables for this contractor, other than being
capable of the providing the day-to-day support mentioned above.

Minimum of 5 years experience with *Lotus Notes Server* and *Blackberry
servers* Administration, supporting on *Windows server environments* (build,
upgrade, patch, etc..). The responsibilities and duties of this position
include but are not limited to:



*Requirements:*

•           Through knowledge of supporting Notes Mail (NRPC) and SMTP mail
routing infrastructure

•                    Strong understanding of Database Replication &
Clustering, Identify and troubleshoot replication and mail routing problems

•           General mail concepts POP3, LDAP, IMAP, and SMTP

•           Experience with IMs (Sametime, Reuters, yahoo and AOL) is a must


•           Experience with administrating & trouble shooting Blackberry
servers is a must

•           Experience with IronPort Anti-Spam is an added advantage

•           Experience with Compliance applications (IMAuditor) is preferred


•           Lotus scripting experience is an added advantage

•           Experience in MS SharePoint is an added advantage

•           Provide second/third tier support

•           Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and resolution skills

•           Ability to proactively address issues

•           Create and maintain documentation on existing systems and
processes

•                    Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of
team and independently to meet business requirements with limited
supervision

•           Ability to quickly, effectively, and persuasively communicate
ideas and concepts

•           Ability to multi-task and balance several projects concurrently

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•           This position requires 24x7 support (rotation based on call
support)
