Expertise in ETL development and data analysis (including strong SQL skills) along with strong communication and organizational skills are required along with the ability to adjust the message as appropriate to the audiences of varying technical capabilities. The candidates will be joining a team who place a high priority on teamwork, professionalism and mutual respect. These people will be handling large amounts of data with some very near term deliverables so the ability to learn quickly and jump right into the project is a MUST. This person will need to have demonstrated skills with ETL, datastage 9.1.2, datastage RCP (Run time Column PROPAGATION) , function, and senior level experience with the below information: - Expertise with DataStage 9.1 2. Expertise in developing multi-instance jobs with sequencer - Expertise in writing SQL queries and familiar with SQL Server and DB2 databases - Experience with Data warehousing and star schema - Experience document and maintain ETL process flow. - Preferred qualification: - EPIC certified. Data Integrator Expectations: 1. Develop, analyze and maintain all ETL jobs according to Mayo standards - Scheduling and monitoring the ETL jobs - Build and review functional and business specifications (S2T) - Provide the estimates for the ETL work - Familiar with Agile methodologies - Actively work with Architect, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Cube and Report Developers - Work with DBA’s on Database creation and performance tuning. - Troubleshooting and fixing the code. - Unit testing the code and documentation of results - Work with gate keeper on promoting the data stage jobs to QA and Production. - Participate in code reviews.
