Job Title : IT Business Systems Analyst with GRC, Archer a plus Location : White Plains, NY Duration : 2 Year + Extendable Interview Mode : Phone then in person interview : local only please DESCRIPTION: Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements. Work with the project stakeholders and IT managers for customization and support of RSA Archer eGRC Platform. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GRC configuration / workflow activities, and experience in the areas of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT operational procedures and best practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Gather business requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and conduct analysis for application development. Facilitate requirement workshops. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into a use cases and business rules. Produce business requirement document (BRD), functional specifications and business process flows. · Construct workflow charts and diagrams and creating system mockup screens. · Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility study. · Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application and all upstream and downstream systems. · Develop work flow based on the requirements (Configure and Customize the Product ) · Create and review test cases and test plans. Conduct functional and smoke testing. Track defects and releases · Query the database utilizing SQL commands to extract the data in order to perform data analysis and data validation. · Conduct user acceptance testing, user training and troubleshoot production incidents. · Provide production support for global users operating in various geographies. · Perform day-to-day responsibilities including content and user administration, automating processes, ensuring that appropriate GRC system controls are in place and operating effectively and integrating new authoritative sources into the control library if required. REQUIREMENTS: · Strong knowledge of GRC configuration and workflow activities. · Experience with all aspects of Archer solutions development including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows and integrations preferred if not, then Business System Analysis work for other GRC tool required · Knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance, with understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred. · Process mapping experience · 3-5 years of experience supporting the implementation of IT controls & GRC tools · Experience with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and iterative methodology such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) · SQL skills with ability to extract data from Oracle database to support analysis. · Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure · Ability to independently develop business knowledge and drive issue resolution. · A methodical approach to tasks with strong documentation skills. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
