Senior Testing Analyst Location: Richfield MN Duration: 6 months+ Non local ok in-person interview is must.
Performs and leads processes related to testing activities for new software development systems and applications. Works with other testing analysts to specify and support the test environment. Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s). May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development. Level Scope: Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by employee. Understands company goals and practices and applies them when resolving a variety of problems. Receives only general instructions on new work. Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions. May interface with senior management to convey information. Education and Experience: BS and 4 + years or equivalent Capabilities: 8 yrs + of IT experience in software testing is required must have strong experience with automation testing ( load runner, win runner etc) 6 yrs+ must have prior experience with Agile/water fall ( 2-3 yrs min) need prior experience with finance or mortgage industry (1) Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle (2) Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff (3) Ability to develop and execute effective test strategies and plans (4) Ability to track and develop metrics for testing (5) Ability to develop and execute test automation strategies and plans, and to recommend appropriate use of automated tools Organizational Competencies If interested please send us your resumes with visa, rate and contact details.
