Reviews screens, reports, forms and chart designs with users. Creates computer programs that load data from flat files into SQL server databases. Summarizes data as necessary. Tests and validates consistency of data. Creates Web-based reports and graphs under tight timelines. Builds tables and other Works closely with DPI Program areas to understand needs and evaluates user requests. Recommends solutions to problems or for system improvements. Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Assists users to solve operating problems.
