Job Description: Summary: Self motivated BSA to support Commercial Banking project. Must be able to drive the solicitation and gathering of business and system requirements with little direction. Must have Commercial Banking experience and be able to communicate effectively with commercial banking associates. Tasks include facilitation requirement gathering sessions, documenting business and system requirements, following up on open questions, handling the administration of requirements in the ReqPro system, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. Will also be responsible for reviewing test cases to ensure traceability to business and system requirements. May be asked to participate in preparation of test planning and testing. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
